From the North:

1. Using I-270: Take I-270 South to Shady Grove Exit 8. Turn right onto Shady Grove Rd.  Go past the intersections with Research Boulevard and Key West/West Montgomery.  Immediately after the Key West/West Montgomery intersection, take the first right onto Blackwell Road.  The University of Phoenix is immediately on the right.  
2. Using Route 355 : Take Rte. 355 South. Turn right onto Shady Grove Rd.  Go past the intersections with Research Boulevard and Key West/West Montgomery.  Immediately after the Key West/West Montgomery intersection, take the first right onto Blackwell Road.  The University of Phoenix is immediately on the right.  
3. Using Route 28: Take Rte. 28 South. Turn right onto Shady Grove Rd.  Go past the intersection of Key West/West Montgomery.  Immediately after the Key West/West Montgomery intersection, take the first right onto Blackwell Road.  The University of Phoenix is immediately on the right.

From the South:

1. Using I-270: Take I-270 North to Shady Grove Exit 8. Turn left onto Shady Grove Rd.  Go past the intersections with Research Boulevard and Key West/West Montgomery.  Immediately after the Key West/West Montgomery intersection, take the first right onto Blackwell Road.  The University of Phoenix is immediately on the right.

Turn left onto Shady Grove Rd.  Go past the intersections with Research   Boulevard and Key West/West Montgomery.  Immediately after the Key West/West Montgomery intersection, take the first right onto Blackwell Road.  The University of Phoenix is immediately on the right.  
3. Using Route 28 : Take Rte. 28 North. Turn left onto Shady Grove Rd.  Go past the intersection of Key West/West Montgomery.  Immediately after the Key West/West Montgomery intersection, take the first right onto Blackwell Road.  The University of Phoenix is immediately on the right.

From Baltimore :

Take I-695 Baltimore Beltway to I-95 South to DC. Then take I-495 Capital Beltway towards Silver Spring. Then take I-270 North and follow directions above.
