Edward L. Sixt, CPA Edward Sixt is the president and majority stockholder in the firm of Sixt & Wenegewicz, CPAs, P.C., a nine-person firm providing tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting services for businesses in Western New York, Southern Ontario, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. He started the firm in 1979. Mr. Sixt is a frequent discussion leader for various corporate and individual tax seminars. He has been a discussion leader for 16 years and has conducted seminars in over 30 states. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He worked in the audit department of Ernst & Ernst in Seattle, Washington, and in the audit and tax departments of Touch Ross & Co. in Buffalo, New York. In addition to his public experience, he served as the CFO for various medium-sized corporations. Mr. Sixt is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio and he also did post graduate work at the University of Alaska and Gonzaga University.
